Crafting with custom items dupes the crafted item

Describe the bug When crafting something with custom items and you input multiple of those items in each slot, it dupes the item.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a custom item.
- give it a custom recipe that includes more custom items (doesn't matter if you add the option for multiple items at one slot)
- put the necessary crafting material into the crafting table like shown in the videos
- dupe
Expected behavior It shouldn't dupe the items.
