PreventCrafting: false only works if specified on the item, not as part of config-items.yml

I was having issues when attempting to do a craft with a nexo recipe, which uses crucible items as ingredients. It only worked when the ingredients were vanilla and the result was a crucible item. However, after setting the option PreventCrafting: false on the item itself, it works.

Extra 1 - I intend to solely use Nexo to manage my recipes, so it would be nice to have an option where mythic doesn't affect recipes in any way. A boolean that makes it not affect anything in that regard.

Extra 2 - Another thing, but not too sure if this is a mythic issue. If I run the mythic give command and try to craft the item, it works. But, if I change my gamemode to creative and try it again, I'll get a vanilla item as the result and not the custom one. Apparently the creative gamemode changes the NBT of the item, particularly the custom_name part.
