modelengine.command.disguise permissions don't work
modelengine.command.disguise does not work, no permission seems to work except for modelengine.admin
judging from discord this has been an ongoing issue for 3 years.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
