multiple crashes on a dungeon

Hello everyone, for the past three weeks we've been working on opening a new dungeon on our server. We've been having a problem with this dungeon, resulting in random crashes.

We've tried recreating the dungeon with minimal functionality, removing custom items (itemsadders), and running crash tests related to the number of mobs, but nothing has been able to detect the cause.

We also experience the dungeon when we run it, a signal is activated to spawn the mobs, the server crashes, then restarting the dungeon 20 times and activating the same signal, no crashes, then the next instance crashes to a completely random one.

Here are the logs of the last three crashes on our server if you can help us.

For your information, we have three dungeons in constant use and 10 dungeons in preparation, and we have no problems with them.

Can you help us quickly detect the bug in our dungeon?
