[Feature Request]One time function for only one player in the party

No one in discord server told me how to make it so I guess it's a not-implemented feature

For example, I have a reward, and there's "super duper sword" in it, there's 1000 players in the party, and I hope only 1 player can get it. In short, you should add a target-type called "one-player" or "once" or whatever, or add a "trigger time" option in the function part.

Please don't tell me to use variables to flag the function and check if that variable equals to blabla so the function won't be executed again. This is not only too troublesome, but also a waste of time
