Objective Conditions

Add a way to only allow events to occur when objectives are completed. For example, an exit dungeon that is triggered by players in radius will check for completed objectives before triggering.

This could work for allowing players to continue exploring dungeons after main objectives are complete - or another method of creating secret doors and areas that are only unlockable after certain criteria are met.
