Block Logging and/or Related for Players, alongside the implementation of Crop Ages - Custom Drop Tables

**Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yes, unfortunately as it stands the plugin does not allow me to prevent players from having the chance to acquire custom drops via blocks that would normally be obtainable without any use of Silk Touch. Alongside such, this also coordinates back to crops, with the inability to use age parameters.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to see the implementation to prevent a player from acquiring a custom drop via blocks that have been placed by them and/or another player (unnatural placement). Alongside the solution stated before, I'd like to see implementation of age parameters for crops in order to provide a way for fully grown crops to yield custom drops.
