Premade Enchantment Doesn't Work
Summary
The premade enchantment Venomous does nothing when used on either vanilla or mythic mobs (No particles or wither effect). It throws no errors on console as well.
How to reproduce
Simply apply the enchant on a sword and hit something with it.
