Soulbinding premade enchant doesn't exist

And it's a very important feature because it cannot be reproduced on skills mechanics. It's a very good feature because sobstitute the old Soulbound of EnchantsPlus, the old abbandoned plugin.
Can you add Soulbinding premade enchant? Or an Option who can mantains it but if i die one time, i can toggle the enchant for the next time i lose the item
