Crucible items not updating if they exist before ItemVersion implemented
Issue Description
Items in circulation in the world before updating MM to have the ItemUpdater config setting do not append the MYTHIC_ITEM_VERSION: 2 tag, when added to config of the item (even with multiple version changes made)
I have attached a video of an item I received via command after using newest build of MM, MCrucible. In the video I have a stack of older wands that are a blaze_rod item, which the new config changes to a warped_fungus_on_a_stick.
The item from the command updates perfectly, however the items without a MYTHIC_ITEM_VERSION tag present do not change, nor do they acquire this tag after changes are made.
This is not exclusive to items that change type; old items that keep their itemtype but change name or lore also do not update.
