crucible custom blocks and furniture are broken now (at least in lastest dev builds)

issue 1: a bug from 2 year ago still exists, custom blocks can be placed inside entities (issue 133) issue 2: custom blocks will bug doors (and yes i have noteblock updates disabled in paper config) issue 2.5: if you place door on a custom block it will place only bottom half of the door issue 3: there are no breaking, step and fall sounds for block (this isnt an issue but this is really lack of feature) issue 4: it wont generate #inventory texture when using cube_all parent (log: Missing texture references in model namespace:block/limestone/white_limestone_tiles#inventory: #down #east #north #south #up #west particle)

same goes with furniture.
