Augments not showing up in item description/lore

I can slot in the gem onto the leather helmet, and it also gives me 1 extra HP when wearing it, BUT it doesnt show the gem on the item itself. Neither does it show the amount of gem slots it has.
I also tried lore-templates, but thats fully broken for me aswell. I copy pasted the blaze rod example in: https://git.mythiccraft.io/mythiccraft/mythiccrucible/-/wikis/Dynamic-Lore-Generation but no dice. (see picture below of blaze rod, gem and helmet)
