Poison Res Armour

I want to make a chestplate, and when you wear it you don't take damage from poison.

Specifically, I have spiders that inflict poison when they attack you -- so maybe do something to clear the poison effect from the wearer when damaged somehow, but it would be nice if it could just be constant resistance to poison too,
