Custom Recipe, to be specific Smelting and recipes seems to be broken when material has lore.

Can't smelt Metal Scrap into ingot

And fun fact if you remove the color which is <#ffeb67> from the lore, the lore doesn't show up when you do /mm i get image

Crucible is on 1.5 Release
