Adding RememberTarget Mechanic with targeter TargetRemembered with conditions HasRememberTarget

Summary Suggestion : Adding RememberTarget Mechanic with targeter TargetRemembered

Usage

Exemple : Onshoot mechanic could add a RememberTarget in Hit Mechanic and after calling other skill targeting that Remembered Target

Value

I think it could add a lot of value for WorldBoss mechanic and class mmocore

Priority

Low Priority Because it's already possible with aura but complex and lot of line / conditions to achieve
