nearestConditionalTarget ignores players

Summary

Hello. The premium AI target selector nearestConditionalTarget seems to disregard players entirely. I've tried a few things but they seems to not care about players whatsoever, even if the condition is blank they will target everything else but players.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get this guy on your server https://pastebin.com/uQF3Vgbn
  2. Reload and spawn one
  3. Go into survival mode
  4. Spawn another one or any other entities

Current behavior After step 3, you will notice that the zombie ignores you and other players. However, after step 4 and because the lack of condition, it will attack anything else in sight.

You can try adding an " -entitytype ZOMBIE" and it will still attack others zombies. Changing condition to PLAYER makes it attack nothing, though.

Intended correct behavior

The targeter should include players.
