Mobs have a chance to lose AI when killed and become completely invulnerable

This bug seems to happen randomly whenever a mob is meant to die, I'm using poisons and mythicmobs projectiles to get this, I haven't tested just normal melee hitting the mobs but I assume it would do the same thing. Here is what it looks like

This has worked on a number of different artifacts weapons and sometimes the enemy seems to die and respawn with no ai in a split second. Sometimes I hear the death noise of the original mobtype rather than the disguised mobtype when this happens too, I have tried not having any disguises and removing a lot of skills and it still kept happening. What seemed to work was to remove despawn: false from the mob options but I am not possitive on this, it could just be due to chance, sometimes it will happen 10 times in a few minutes and sometimes it will not happen for an hour and this is with nothing being reloaded or changed, just trying the same mobs in the same place over and over again. Lastly It might be the goal selectors/target selectors. I felt like when they where always on clear that nothing would go wrong, again this may be due to chance.
