@PlayerByName targeter doesnt work

Simple the @PlayerByName doesn't target the player with the name.

Been trying to have skills set up to target specific players but seems like the @PlayByName isn't working correctly (Unless the wiki is incorrect)

I have one skills that


    - setvar{k=caster.PartyOne;val="%mmocore_party_member_1%";t=STRING} @Self```
and another
```yml

    - sudoskill{s=paladinDivineInspirationSkillInitAttack} @PlayerByName{name=<caster.var.PartyOne>}```

However doesnt seem to be casting it on that player.

Ive added in 
```yml

    - message{m="Party Member 1 <caster.var.PartyOne>"} @Self```
to make sure its define correctly and it is pops up with the correct name in the message.
