[Bug/Issue] Random Loot Tables should not become invalidated if the dungeon is Finished

Currently, when a dungeon is "completed" (using the Finish Dungeon function), any chests utilizing Random Loot Tables become unusable.

(There's a bogus message about the chest being on cooldown, but this message is completely inaccurate.)

Strongly suggest that you make it so dungeon completion does not invalidate these Random Loot Chests. Players may want to feel they've completed a dungeon and be able to get loot after that (for example, beating a boss and then getting a chest after that).
