[Bug] Spectator related issues.
- When a player losses all of their lives and became a spectator they can still trigger the player detector trigger.
- When a player or multiple players lose all of their lives the dungeon never ends. I tested this on a clean installation of paper(1.19.3 Build 396) with the only installed plugins being MythicDungeons(1.1.2-SNAPSHOT Build 118) and ProtocolLib(Build 612). The dungeon setup was simple with a function to finish the dungeon if you right-click a block and a function that spawns a zombie if a player is detected near the function. Also, the only thing I changed in the dungeon config is the player lives from 0 to 3.
