Function armor stands not being removed properly.

Sometimes, the number of armor stands at the location of a function gradually increases as the dungeon is edited and playtested. After a day we've had one function contain over 500 armor stands, and causing significant lag until we killed them with a command.

It seems related to having people edit and play at the same time.
