Damage-reduction on item-sets doesn't seem to work

Describe the bug ELF: name: '&eElf Set' bonuses: '2': damage-reduction: 10 '4': damage-reduction: 20 potion-speed: 1

My config is set up as above. I've tested other item set bonuses to ensure that the set bonus, in general, is working and all others that I've tried work fine. but the damage reduction bonus doesn't seem to do anything to reduce damage taken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. set up item-sets.yml as shown above
2. set up a set of armor with that set type
3. Create items and equip
4. take damage
5. repeat steps with a set that doesn't have the bonus and test again

Expected behavior The armor set that has the additional 20 damage reduction set bonus should take less damage but doesn't
