AshijinMythicEnchants allows you to have multiple types of lapis that you use in an enchanting table. These lapis types correspond to the CustomModelData of the lapis.
This allows you to use resource packs to create higher tiers of lapis players can collect to obtain higher level enchantments.
The default Lapis Level for vanilla lapis is 0.
