onRightClick and onUse triggers not working as intended

MM 5.3.5 Premium stable || Crucible 1.7 devbuild 3761 || Paper 100 trigger ~onUse will only work when a block is within highlight range or when looking at a mob at close range. Reverting back to 1.6 Premium stable allows me to use ~onUse while looking at the sky if I wanted to.

~onRightClick will only work with looking at an entity. Not any blocks. Reverting to 1.6 allows me to use this while looking at blocks.

There are no console errors.
