MC Client "Resource Reload Failed" with ME shaders included in Resource Pack. (CRITICAL ISSUE)

The shaders included in the ModelEngine and HappyHUD resource pack at //assets/minecraft/shaders/core/ are causing the resource pack to fail loading and also resets the client side resource packs to Vanilla only.

Issue verified on two separate Workstations (Win & Linux) running the latest Minecraft launcher client.

Windows Workstation Specs:

  • OS: Win-11-Pro build 21H2
  • CPU: Intel i7-8700K@3.7GHz (12C)
  • RAM: 32GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA 3080 Ti
  • API: DirectX-12

LMDE Workstaion Specs:

  • OS: Linux Mint Debian Edition v4
  • CPU: Intel i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz (16C)
  • RAM: 64GB
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580
  • API: OpenGL v4.6 Mesa 22.3.6

MC Sever Specs:

  • Running on LMDE system listed above
  • Open-JDK 21
  • Purpur 1.20.6
