Infinite cosmetic exploit (works in survival mode)
Dramatic reconstruction of what happened on my server:
Player "Steve" has access to the Shrek Ears Cosmetic and spawns it with /cosmetic Steve then takes off his Shrek Ears from the hat slot, putting it into his inventory. Steve then throws his Shrek Ears on the ground, where another player "Alex" picks it up. Alex doesn't have permission to wear the Shrek Ears, but can put them on his head since they've been thrown on the ground.
Steve realises he can respawn more Shrek Ears with the /cosmetic command, therefore giving Alex and the rest of his chums infinite Shrek Ears without requiring permission, causing a mass un underground Shrek-Ear black market.
