Model Engine Models are not persistent

Summary

With a mob using "persistent: true", upon restart the mob will no longer show their custom model, but will instead load the mob type specified in the config. MEG 3.0.1, MM 5.1.4

Steps to reproduce

  1. Spawn mob with MythicMobs
  2. Restart
  3. Login and it will now be a skeleton, zombie, etc depending on what you set in the config

Current behavior

Using a MythicMobs mob as a decoration for instance, will no longer work if the server is restarted (will show the type instead)

Intended correct behavior

Should show the model engine model after restart
