PassthroughDamage only working with certain damage types
Summary
so basically, the PassthroughDamage mob option only works with certain damage types, so far as I've tested,
it works with: fall damage, wither, fire, firetick, poison, suffocation, drowning, powdered snow
DOES NOT work with: instant damage potion, player melee, lightning, lava, projectile, falling anvil, magma block, thorns, creeper explosion, TNT explosion, void damage, cactus damage,
there seems to be no specific pattern of which damage sources work.
Steps to reproduce
so basically, to reproduce this bug, you turn on PassthroughDamage on your summoned mob, and try to damage it using the various methods listed above, and see which ones work for yourself.

Proposed fixes
the best potential fix is that you fix your fucking plugin bro
