string placeholder & parameter support in material inputs

Summary

Material inputs such as projectile bullets, particle block_cracks, etc. where material. This exists already for equip/giveitem/takeitem mechanics.

Usage

  • particles{p=block_crack;material=<skill.var.blocktype>;a=80;hs=0.5;vs=0.5} @forward{f=2;lockpitch=true}

Value

Ability to have skills dynamically change aspects of it's effects or visuals based on parameters set or variables.
