[BUG] PassthroughDamage: true's Options bug

the PassthroughDamage: true option didn't work on this mob even though i set it on, it only work when the mob get burned by fire/sunlight, but when other entities hit it, the damage not being pass to me(the parent) (it used to work in older version)
