add Target Filters for pvp group plugin

I need to use crucible for pvp spells but it's impossible because some status (ex: stun) are not compatible with the team kill protection of my team plugin "guilds".

We should add new Target Filters (https://git.lumine.io/mythiccraft/MythicMobs/-/wikis/Skills/Targeters#target-filters) with the most popular group plugins.

it would bring a real plus to the plugin that could interest pvp servers that always use the same spell plugins.
