Steps to reproduce

Setup a mob with a skill, the skill has an itemsrpay effect effect:itemspray{item=cobweb;amount=4;velocity=0.6;duration=30}. Spawn the mob and let it attack you while you are on some hoppers. The hoppers will collect the items.

Current behavior

Itemspray spray blocks can be collected using a hopper. This can be abused by players to gain items.

Intended correct behavior

The spray items shouldn't be picked up by hoppers.
