Exp drop support for ProSkillAPI

Skillapi has been continued and being updated by a new developer.

Describe your suggestion in detail. In your drop tables you support SkillAPI, but the new Skillapi name and core plugin has changed to proskillapi and promccore.

Usage

Add support in the drops module to handle the new version of skillapi.

Users of SkillAPi can continue their projects with an easy way to add exp support.

Priority

Would be nice if it could be done as soon as possible. Lots of people on the proskillapi discord asking for this feature.
