Modifier is glitchy. Lore and material added by modifier do not work properly.

When the modifier is set in this way, it should be named "IRON_LEGGINGS" and "D", but it is often to become "IRON_LEGGINGS" named "A". And Lore's should be
A B C D
but it gets messed up with ACDB,ABDC,etc... The order will be out of order. But It works fine in 6.5.8. Glichy in 6.6.1. I don't know about other versions.
