player_head and pushbutton bug (re:write)

Summary

mythicmobs can't equip player_head

Steps to reproduce

handballhead: Id: PLAYER_HEAD Data: 3 Options: SkinTexture: eyJ0ZXh0dXJlcyI6eyJTS0lOIjp7InVybCI6Imh0dHA6Ly90ZXh0dXJlcy5taW5lY3JhZnQubmV0L3RleHR1cmUvY2IyYjVkNDhlNTc1Nzc1NjNhY2EzMTczNTUxOWNiNjIyMjE5YmMwNThiMWYzNDY0OGI2N2I4ZTcxYmMwZmEifX19==

just use item -> equip -> player_head no equip

Current behavior

/mm i get handballhead -> can't use

Intended correct behavior

At least 100 monsters must wear player_head.
