Small mobs in projectiles with "MOB" bulletType are displaced below the actual hitbox
Any mob under 1 block tall when used in the missile / projectile mechanic as a bullet type is displaced below the actual hitbox shown below:
Here is the exact skill I was using to test this on my server: https://pastebin.com/9JdEH9J4 but any projectile skill has the same issue. Tall mobs like zombies, players, endermen, etc. work perfectly fine, it seems to only be the smaller mobs like pigs, silverfish, spiders, vexes, etc.
