The plugin MythicEnchants doesn't load...
Summary
When i try to install MythicEnchants in my local server, it doesn't load. It say "Could not load 'plugins\MythicEnchants-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar' in folder 'plugins'"

Current behavior
Nothing, the plugins doesn't load, so i can't use it
Intended correct behavior
I don't know, i think that the plugin is in Alpha, so it's not perfect at 100%

Proposed fixes
Fix the bug in the plugin. But this work has to do the plugin developers
