MythicCrucible/MythicMobs bulletType=MythicItem bug

When using bulletType=MythicItem the bullet will sit slightly on top of where it is meant to, I am trying to replace all my onTick particle effects with physical custom bullets but visually the item is not representetive of the location of the actual projectile so I can't really do this. (Kinda sucks because I have confirmed hundreds of mobs to have this version of the bugged MythicItem bulletType but if this gets fixed I need to re-do them all but it's worth it)

Okay here is the video demonstrating it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=noEz-9lqJro&feature=youtu.be The first staff is using the mythicitem bullet type and the mythicitem is a simple pickaxe. the second one is using the bullet type item=diamond_pickaxe.

Pastebin of both projectile skills: https://pastebin.com/fNEidWQr st1 is the first staff st2 is the second stuff only real difference is the bullet type
