The @Ring targeter doesn't target locations in a proper "ring".

Summary

  • Currently, the @ring targeter doesn't target locations in a ring like the effect:particlering mechanic does.
  • Image for a better idea of what I mean: https://gyazo.com/5909c490a2e684b3bde13b68c5e4a34d
  • The blue is the effect:particlering ring, and the red is the @ring targeter ring.

Steps to reproduce

  • Reproduction is simple, use the @ring targeter to place particles around the mob.
  • Use the effect:particlering mechanic to create another ring around the mob for reference.
  • Mob Pastebin (contains the skills too): https://pastebin.com/xPGcVWsS

Current behavior

  • The @ring targeter, rather than targetting in a ring, appears to select the corners of the blocks the ring would intersect.
  • This results in the ring being very angular rather than smooth.

Intended correct behavior

  • The @ring targeter should target locations similarly to the effect:particlering mechanic, only it can be used for skill targeting.

Proposed fixes

  • Ideally, the @ring targeter would target locations the same way the effect:particlering mechanic does.
  • As it is now, the targeter is incredibly unreliable for using it the way it was intended to be used.
