Cannot use mounttarget mechanic.

Summary

I cannot use the mounttarget mechanic. Using plugin version: 5.8.2 SNAPSHOT Minecraft version: 1.21.4

Steps to reproduce

mobs.ymlskills.yml I use /mm test cast Shield_Barrier, then it correctly summons the Shield_Barrier mob, then i correctly received the test message "text123123123" and "text1123123123123", i think it represents @Owner targeter is available. However, it dose not mount me at all. It dose not follow me.
