Randomspawning world all support

Summary

Please add possibility to having all worlds for randomspawning

Usage

Remove Worlds option in randomspawning

Value

It would support having randomspawning in all worlds. At the moment, when I remove this option, the random spawn does not load! The number of randomspawning in debug after reload is decreased when I remove this option. Seems like this option is not optional.

Priority

I believe this has big priority.
