Add Placeholder support to item in ItemSpray effect

Found this issue when trying to do the following - itemspray{item=<target.held.item>;amount=1;velocity=1;d=40} @self This placeholder works correctly in things like - msg, but not itemspray, which replacing that placeholder with a value like STICK works
