Add command feedback to /mm utility

Running /mm utility provides no help or command feedback

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a server with MythicMobs v5.6.2
2. Run /mm utility

Current behavior

Nothing is sent to the player or console (whoever ran the command)

Intended correct behavior

A brief message like /mm mobs to show possible subcommands for /mm utility
