AddTag mechanic doesn't work

AddTag mechanic doesn't add a tag
Steps to reproduce
use the mechanic. Example: addtag{t=Test} And run /tag @e list. You will see the tag is not applied to your target.
Current behavior
Skill addtag doesn't work because when I do /tag @e list, nothing is showed.
Intended correct behavior
Scoreboard tag should be applied.
