~onAttack trigger no longer is activated by damage skills
When updating to 1.20, both Mythic Mobs and Crucible needed to be updated, what I found out is that Mythic no longer proc's the ~onAttack trigger when using a damage skill and only proc's on melee, even projectile skills cant proc ~onAttack anymore.
To reproduce this, all you need is an item that has a skill that is proc'd by attacking something (armor, offhand, mainhand, anything works) and something that uses the damage skill (say for instance a wand or gun), then shoot at a target and behold the wonders of nothing happening.
Here is an example of this in action, this gun requires I shoot an enemy from up close to proc the skill, which increases the firerate via an "aura" skill that provides a bossbar at the top of the screen, but now it no longer works, only activating when I punch the dummy.
Most people using mythic wont notice this as most people utilize it for more fantasy aspects, which means melee is a bigger focus, but for anyone that relies on damage skills, this basically kills off any ranged builds that could be possible.
