[Bug] Console visual issues and warnings on PaperMC.

In newer versions of PaperMC, they do not support legacy color codes in the console. As a result, the console looks like this:
Also, the plugin is using System.out/err.print to send messages to the console instead of the plugin logger. As a result, the below warning shows up:
