Crafter deteminates custom items as vanilla

Env:

Issue: As in topic - if you have custom item based at vanilla, which has some crafts - Crafter will use it as vanilla.

Replication: Create custom item based on wheat:

MythicWheat:
  Id: wheat

Try to put it into workbench in one line - nothing. Try to put it into Crafter - bread.
