- Added `Namespace` field for cosmetics. Used internally and in commands when 2 packs add something with the same name.
- Added `Permission` field you can set on a cosmetic to define the permission node individually. Leave out to continue using the default permission system.
- Added `mcc-spray-flag` worldguard flag for sprays. Built on latest worldguard 7.0.2+
- Setting the config option for spray duration to -1 will make sprays stick around until the chunk unloads.
