Options like Repairable, RepairCost, PreventAnvil... are not working

Hi, Repairable, RepairCost, PreventAnvil options are not working properly, I'm still being able to change the item name in anvils.

A simple item example:

testitem:
  Id: diamond_sword
  Display: "test"
  Options:
    Repairable: false

Server version: 1.21.4 MythicMobs version: 5.9.0 (devbuild) MythicCrucible: 2.2.0 (devbuild)

Also tried with non devbuild versions, still bug
