Shoot Wind Charges
There is no option in the shoot mechanic to shoot a wind charge
A lot of people including myself with the semi new breeze mob have been creating bosses and mobs with similar mechanics. This projectile is missing and quite important for something like that and I've seen the issue pop up a few times in the discord.
